就讀與本中心業務相關科系之大學或碩士班一年級（含）在校生，同時具備 下列各項條件者，並以家境清寒、突遭變故或低收入戶者為優先：

一、大學在校生獲得碩士班之入學者。

二、未受領其他有服務義務約定之獎助學金或負有服務義務者。

三、畢業（含役畢）後能立即至本中心相關部門服務者。
